Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy for our software subscription ONLY if you can provide video evidence that it is not working on your computer. Issues such as detection by screen-sharing software or solution generation speed are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at contact@interviewspeaker.co
  • Include your purchase details, reason for refund, and video evidence
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges will be made for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Full service access continues until the current billing period ends

Terms of Service

By using Interview Speaker, you agree to these terms:

  • License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Interview Speaker for interview preparation purposes only.
  • User Conduct:
    • Do not share account credentials
    • Do not attempt to reverse engineer the software
    • Do not use the service for illegal purposes
    • Do not interfere with service operation
  • Content Rights: You own generated content, while we retain rights to software and infrastructure.
  • Service Changes: We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
  • Liability: Service provided "as is" without warranties.
  • Usage Disclaimer: This tool is NOT intended to be used in a real interview. The purpose of the tool is purely illustrative, and all of our marketing efforts are aimed at demonstrating how AI could be used to improve interview performance.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.
